Established in 1915, Wig & Candle is the oldest student-run theater group at Connecticut College. After a hiatus, Wig & Candle was revived in 2009 by students who recognized the need for an alternative main stage on campus. Our mission is to create an open platform for student-initiated work and to provide theatrical opportunities to all students. We also seek to provide accessible arts programming to the campus community and New London community by having free admission to all of our events.
